To me this is very sad. And when these kids grow up they do not know how to problem solve or communicate well because all they wanted to learn in school was how to have fun and have disrespect for elders, parents, teachers, or anyone who represents an authority figure in a child's life. That follows the child when they are older and still have that disrespect for others and then for those who have learned respect for others but are unscrupulous can then manipulate those children to do what they want to do and not let them know they are being manipulated.
